Pros

* work and life balance * initially you can get package more than market * onsite opportunity

Cons

* hike is based on how much buttering u did for manager not how much hard work u did for the team or for the project * Technically ZERO person handle the technical teams * Managers and directors level people are more bother about shirt or tie color, rangoli, cultural activity rather than work , your appraisal or hike very much depends on these things * Regionalism is major drawback * HR, RMG, Remedy department are influenced by a person who is not a part of these teams * For Salary hike they can give nonsense reasons * No transparency in Promotion and Salary hike (very much depend on buttering manager...regionalism etc..) * have many statement of GA Manon but on paper
