Pros

Nothing as such. No pros. They don't have projects

Cons

They're just playing the hiring and layoff game for becoming famous over LinkedIn and other hiring platforms. They don't have enough projects. My 3 friends have been layoff( and hr said that either you give a resignation/they will terminate you). So never join this company.

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
