Pros

Just by being part of a growing company, there are plenty of opportunities for one to grow (if that's what you want). A consistently double digit growing has its challenges, but which also means opportunities to grow and learn. A very stable leadership (avg tenure > 10 years) is proof of strong foundation, and the growth and results speaks for itself. UST has similar problems as peers, but it's entrepreneurial culture and big ambitions makes this a great place to grow.

Cons

All the growing pains of a double digit growth company. Decision making is measured, which can be perceived as slow by many. But it can always be improved. Need patience when navigating processes (nothing new to UST).
