Hello Thank you for your kind words. It boosts our team's morale and serves as a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone here. Sustainability has been a Key theme as part of our growth Objectives this and coming years, and we are proud at the same time, humbled when we look back at the contributions we have made to the environment, employees, customers, and community. Regarding the compensation and benefits, as you are aware, we follow the anniversary revision process, unlike many other Organizations where employees have to wait for a corporate announcement for the plan for the year, Every year we benchmark salaries with our peers and competition. Merit increases are based on performance, value, contribution, and growth potential exhibited by every employee in the role. Hence our compensation and benefits are at par with industry standards, and we ensure it is just and fair. If you ever have suggestions or ideas for further improvement, please do not hesitate to share them at HR@ust.com
