Pros

Good Work Life balance. No one will ask you when you are coming and when you are going

Cons

Full Politics. If you are not a from Kerala you will not get anything from the company. Any project you join for the first time - First question will be "Where are you from". If you reply that you are Malu then you will be selected. If you not then they will ask you some questions. You will not get good salary. I worked in UST for 3 years. My package when I joined was 3L. Package that I was getting when I left the company was 3.18L. So on the whole, 18K is the increment that I got for 3 years. Please dnt choose this company. Company is running with only one big Project from US. If that Project goes to other company then employees will be forced to put papers. They will call you and catch you, take to your seat, ask you login and force you to place papers. In two years from now, company will be closed for sure as there are no major projects running except 1.
