      incredibly talented team of which you can learn a lot from, Ubisoft Blue Byte invests in your future and offers benefits like learning material and a stable position in the industry.

      Cons

      occasionally things/benefits get removed by higher management after doing budget cuts on the studio, Stuff like this is usually out of control of local studio management and you'll just have to accept it at points

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
