      good projects, overall nice experience, i would suggest it for juniors that want to enter in the industry

      Cons

      There seems to be a gap in communication between management and the team. Progression in grade can sometimes feel influenced by how well someone aligns with expectations from leadership, rather than purely by their work. At times, there is also an expectation to take on tasks without much room for discussion or feedback.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
