      Pros

      Good money, could earn more by working more hours in a week and weekends, team work and group focus meetings.

      Cons

      Some times you would have to work extra hours because of the project you are involved in, nights, weekends, over a normal 8 hour shift.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
