      Cons

      Full of people who have never worked either anywhere else or only in the same industry. There is so much technical debt and arrogance. Unqualified people in high places only because of tenure. Didn't invent any of the technology. This company is a classic case of corporate welfare.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
