      The ambiance is very nice and you are making games ! You should feel lucky because not every can do that

      The competition because everyone wants to be at the top, so everyone works hard and you can feel the pressure

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
