      Pros

      Great work environment. Very Laid back (in a good way). Energetic atmosphere.

      Cons

      The salary is just brutally unfair, especially for the amount of work they make you do. Lots of overtime days and is frowned upon if you refuse, so basically they make you slog for peanuts. The quality of people ubisoft would hire could be better, which it isnt.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
