      -Overall atmosphere and teams, very friendly people -Good opportunities for complete beginners in the field

      -Laughable salaries, compared to the current market -Stagnant growth after easily reachable milestones -Broken promises and management's inability to own it -Senior Management that keeps driving the company downhill with 'strategic' decisions

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
