      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues! Employee Resource Groups: Feel welcome if you're part of a minority. There are local and global groups for women, neurodivergents, the pride group, for POC and probably more. Company pension scheme. Benefits in general are quite good. Play all games on UPlay free, and order physical copies cheaper. Great work-life balance, didn't have to do lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Turnover is high. Corporate company culture with buzzwords and politics. Lower salary than other game companies.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
