      Pros

      You can be lucky and end up in a nice team that will make you feel like you should stay. They offer 5-week vacations and some nice insurance.

      Cons

      The leadership is bad, they don't listen to their employees, they take arbitrary decisions that are impossible to explain to the employees, and they change their mindset every 2 years. The low employee retention rate is a significant indicator of the company. The salary is low compared to the market simply because this is a game studio.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
