Pros

The only pro is that I got out of there.

Cons

The leadership team in Australia have no clue what they are doing and continue to build a toxic work culture. Many APAC leaders share a history and close relationships from previous roles, often prioritizing personal interests over team success. Employees are scapegoated when targets aren't met and asked to leave, creating a toxic environment fueled by favoritism, backstabbing and greed. The US leadership team remains uninvolved and disconnected with the APAC team and individuals, allowing inappropriate behavior to go unchecked. Despite outward appearances of a "supportive environment" the reality is quite different – team unity is merely a facade. Everyone is unhappy there, but people stay because they cannot afford to leave. It's all too sad.

Pros

It's an interesting solution and customers generally get value from what Udemy offers.

Cons

They don't know how to sell it. the GTM has has years, not one or two, YEARS of horrible attainment. They do not know how to sell this solution or bring it to market in a meaningful way.
