One key reason I've been so committed to the company is due to the great leaders I've been lucky enough to work with. - Global opportunities when it comes to career advancement and professional experience - Great brands with many having claiming market leader position in their respective categories

- Complex organizational structure with lots of stakeholders to manage - HR system and people have some way to go - Brand building - Brand development structure still have a long way to go to make it really work

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
