By bringing shared services under one umbrella we are streamlining our processes, which ultimately gives our team the support and resources to be doing their role efficiently. This change adds a layer of structure to the leadership team that will improve operational efficiency and facilitate growth, guiding Unispace from an established start up to a mature business entity.
