No clear company strategy. Top management changes all the time. Sales funnel is particularly weak. Work environment is toxic and highly inefficient.

- Clueless senior management from the top down. - bullying is widespread and when it’s reported the people who reported it are moved on so that Unispace senior management can pretend bullying is not happening within the business. - people in positions they shouldn’t be in as they do not know what they are doing - zero business strategy throughout the company - owned by a private equity company who know nothing about the industry, so have unrealistic expectations - company hasn’t won a competitive tender in over two years and has no work and no pipeline. Company will probably be shut down in 1-2 years or sold off cheaply to another private equity firm - internal polls are shocking showing over 50% of employees are unhappy, want to leave and would not recommend the business to a friend. This is then not addressed by senior management - lots of redundancies and not many people left. AVOID JOINING MUCH BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE
