      * Flexible working hours and remote work make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. *Supportive teammates and a generally collaborative environment. *Opportunity to work with international teams and projects.

      Cons

      *Salary growth is minimal and doesn’t keep up with inflation in Indonesia. *Compensation does not reflect experience or time in the role — pay levels between long-term employees and new hires are too close. *The scope of responsibilities is often unclear, making it difficult to set boundaries or plan workloads properly. *No structured career path or development plan for support roles. *Performance evaluations and promotion processes are not transparent.
