Pros
Unit4 is focusing on people, on their success and well being. During my first 3 months of work I was positively surprised on how company is treating its employees and support them during this challenging time. I've been sent a home plant from the company to show some emotional support during Covid period, I've received amazon vouchers as recognition for my work and I've been in the company only 3 months! People are very friendly and there is a nice and pleasant work atmosphere.
Cons
As any company Unit4 has its challenges. Lots of processes need to be improved, but people are working as a team to address the existing issues and I believe in Unit4 success!
