Could be so much better... - Account Manager Unit4 Employee Review

This company holds people to an impossible standard. Unit4 has hands down the worst management I've ever encountered. They are very out of touch, and unfortunately all have a very poor work ethic. It's sad to see because there are a lot of hard working folks at this company, and they have a fairly competitive product. But, due to a stubborn, bottom down management approach the company is on a downward trajectory with no sign of reversing course.
