And as a big company, with so many challenges at work, responsibility, tasks, but Unit4 have rules to have work and life balance. We have Wellbeing day 4times in a year, uncapped leave, and so many events to make us grow in this company for the knowledge. All employees are friendly and really helpful, eventhough we have different timezone but they are really respectful with it.
