      Open, collaborative and supportive work culture, work time flexibility work from home or remote setting, good career development, global exposure with local regulation alignment

      Cons

      Time zone gap sometimes make it difficult to have time efficiency when there is an urgency. Out of work time meeting schedules due to time zone gap but not so frequent hence it's still acceptable.
