Pros

Uniform is provided for free and the company does the laundry. Coworkers are generally friendly and cool.

Cons

Promotion is generally based on seniority and not hard work or talent. Low pay. Employee recommendations not taken seriously. Management can sometimes be strict

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
