      Becoming to influenced by the Boston Consulting Group and stifling the Creative Spirit and the efficiency of the organization through over use of gates of approval without understanding of how the creative process works.

      Pros

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
