Smart people micromanaged in a toxic, male-dominated culture - Technical Lead VF Employee Review

They do not let those smart people do their jobs. The level of micromanaging and disrespect in the tech org is unreal. Leadership is toxic, disrespectful, and clueless. No women in leadership roles, a completely male-dominated organization where the women are the people actually doing the work without the recognition. Getting promoted here is not a thing unless you are an unqualified man; VF is the worst of corporate America.
