      Good work-life balance, people are nice, and they’re very flexible.

      Cons

      There’s no official training for anything so if you don’t already know how to work programs or how things work then there can be a steep learning curve.

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
