      The attorneys at Venable are competent, well-educated people for the most part.

      Cons

      Specific individuals contribute to a highly abusive work environment, and leadership does very little to curb the behavior.

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
