      Pros

      Managing partner of LA office is great and sincerely cares about the office and all its employees. The LA office boasts several competent practice groups.

      Cons

      Collegiality seems to vary between groups. Fortunately, the group I am in is terrific (as are most of the groups).

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
