Pros
benefits are like most large corporations. But benefits are shrinking with time, getting more costly to the employee.
Cons
Very political, none employee orientated, upper management is very self orientated, which also includes human resources. Company does not make their best asset, the employee, feel of any value. Mainly highly business driven, therefor all managers are x-mangers, would be nice to see some y-mangers in the company.
