      Lots of opportunity - we are a better organization together than separate!

      Cons

      Future organizational structure unclear. Cultures continue to clash. Senior leadership doesn't seem to want to admit it, but middle mgmt. down sees it glaring everyday.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
