Pros
benefits are good..tuition reinbursement..insurance is good but did change, now it is not as good. Compared to other wireless carriers salary is decent as well. low employee morale
Cons
Comissions structures have changed, now one must work twice as hard to make half the money. Also, have too many customer return their phones within 30 days one can lose up to 20 percent of their commissions which is just wrong and should be unlawful.
