Pros

Great Salary and benefits.

Cons

Retail hours are terrible. 7 A.M. Friday meetings are a joke and not productive at all. No one takes them seriously and goof around during calls to include the managers. Employees are very, very unhappy at their jobs. There is no employee retention or loyalty. There's no employee advancement either. They could care less if you go or stay. DM's are very into themselves and not so much into their employees unless of course you are really good looking. Sad to see that they hold themselves higher than God. Small talk with employees are fake and not personable. All they care is numbers and how they can chew some butt if you don't meet them. If you do well, they acknowledge you because it benefits THEM, but if you are average they give you no attention. No accountability for anyone. Company wide they have different standards for different people. Advancement defiantly comes with good looks and youth. Instead of rewarding managers for the work the sales people do on the floor, reward the employees instead. They do all the dirty work for you.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
