Excellent compensation, benefits, and opportunities for success
Cons
Quota requirements are much higher than the average wireless company. Although compensation from sales pays higher, the minimum goal requirements are at the level that few are able to consistently benefit from the minimum sales quota expectations. Mgmt is decent, but at times the methodology can be rediculous in determining who is promoted.
