      Good colleagues on the team

      Cons

      It is micromanaged. The manager does not encourage you to do better. They always put you down and it’s like a competition between you and your team. There is a bonus scheme but there may as well be none. The whole place is ridiculous. There is no compassion when you are going through something. I could go on but I’d be here all day. Please DO NOT apply here it is a terrible place to work
