Unmanageable workload, rude head office colleagues who make snide comments about working parents who dare to work flexibly, not a family friendly business to work for. Most “sack happy” organisation I have ever had the misfortune of working for. HR department at the time were an absolute joke. Spent more time working out how to avoid telling regulators about things we should be than actually looking at why the incidents were occurring.
