Pros
The best thing about working for virgin active is the free use of nice gym. Virgin discounts are ok but tend to be on things you would not necessarily purchase with the intention of making you spend more money.
Cons
Management have favorites which they give better shifts to, promotions, longer breaks etc. Also the hard work of people goes unrecognized.
