      Pros

      Company name with resume is a plus.

      Cons

      Client success manager role doesn't hold the respect it should with the company. Product and technology teams work in silos, which makes csm role a nightmare. If you want a big name on your resume go for it... Other than that get what can out of it and use it for a company you will actually enjoy.
