Confusing interview process as there's no clear directions from the HR. 2 different teams of interviewers, while non are local. It was obvious they were looking for points to turn me down right from beginning. The interviews were very unpleasant.

Despite the positive experience during the team lead interview and the smooth process facilitated by the online interview platform, the third interview with my fellow team member left me feeling dissatisfied due to the interviewer's lack of friendliness and apparent disinterest in the conversation.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Ashburn, VA
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Ashburn, VA)
Very confusing process, interviewed with around 6 people over the course of two weeks. Recruiter would tell me the wrong time for the interview, and change the time of the interview the day of. Was told I would have a technical interview and instead had 2 back to back behavioral interviews. One of the worst interview processes I have gone through.
- Q: What challenges have you faced in your previous roles?

Phone interview with hiring manager. He joined 10 mins late and never bothered to apologize or even mention. Didn’t even introduce himself.very bad experience. Was digging repeatedly and for a weekness. Was not happy with the one I provided. With power comes responsibility, very good example of misusing power and bringing bad name for the company. Also he wrapped up 10 mins early 😀
- Tell some if your weekness? Why visa? Regular questions

Anonymous Interview Candidate

Contacted by a recruiter and had an introductory chat to share my experiences and answer screening questions. The first interview was a fit interview with two consultants who were very engaged and kept the interview structure yet conversational. The second interview was a case which was given in advance, and I was told to prepare a presentation on it. The actual presentation was not very difficult, although the director involved seemed uninterested and rushed through it. After this interview the application was abruptly rejected and no feedback was provided.
- Basic fit questions including working on teams and responding to feedback.
