Pathetic organization with hell lot of politics - Applications Developer Volvo Group Employee Review

Teams are too political, colleagues are not good to work with. Unethical organization.People get involved in unethical activities for better opportunities, which ultimately doesnt work for them. Volvo culture - Which doesnt make sense! Pathetic middle level management involving the team for dirty politics.Beaware of them! 0 growth opportunities.Good salary growth is impossible. Reorg once in 3 yrs.They give some very fancy names to fire people. Gr8 regional politics, political games being played. Fake reviews been added in glassdoor.Beaware.The earlier rating was 3.2 with horrible comments which suits the firm! Atleast 25 people leaving in 6 months from a project. Most of the people who join leave in 6 to 8 months due to politics. The company works mainly on target based culture where the targets are their own employees.Middle level management people somehow manage to save themselves.If you dont mind playing dirty games day in and day out then you can try this firm. No focus on technology and less focus on work!
