Pros
Excellent work/life balance, flexible schedules, annual raises and generally really good folks to work with both locally and globally.
Cons
Can be overly process and standard oriented leaving little flexibility for unique or innovative solutions. Also, if you're not European, it can be very difficult, if not impossible to become a leader in globally oriented functions. There's also a pretty clear bias of only placing Swedes in upper tier management positions despite lip service to having a diverse work place. They also like to change up the organization too often. We're going through our 2nd re-org in 2 years, and our 3rd in the last 6.
