Pros
Great people to work with. There is much opportunity to learn through experience. Global environment with opportunity to share and learn many cultures. Company has strong cultural values.
Cons
It is very difficult to make long lasting changes that drive positive results. Decision making takes long time and the outcome is not always what you would except makes the most sense. Although the vision is clear and well defined the means to get to it are not consistent and or attainable therefore timelines are not normally meet.
