      Pros

      Contracting positions tend to be long term. Fairly relaxed environment. The clients you work for are fair and ice to work with.

      Cons

      There is no training for employees. It is easy to get stagnant with tech skills since most projects use the same old skill sets. There is no new technology to work with to at least get on the job experience with something new. There is very little room for advancement since it all depends who you know, it is very politicized. They are so tightly related to Ford/ Volvo Cars.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

      Cons

      I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
