Pros
The hours at this place were always good since you were apart of the union. I think it was at least 24 hours per week for part time guaranteed. The schedule was somewhat flexible, they work with school schedules most of the time. If you had a good manager it was good, if they were bad, it was horrible. Some of the people there treating Vons as if it was saving lives and the most important place on this planet.
Cons
The pay at this place, at least for the Starbucks department even as a manager was horrible. Depending on what store you're at the management was either cool and breezy or nit picky and micro-managed everything.
