      There are no pro’s for working for this company.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Management rule by fear. No one has a voice. Discrimination against anyone who is not middle aged white male is rife. Many internal complaints made about unfair treatment because of race and sex are swept under the carpet. Many people leave under a dark cloud because their face doesn’t fit.

      Good work life balance. Good pay.

      Cons

      Very close-knit environment. Very little support, training or growth opportunities. Very slow to hire, very quick to fire. Atrocious HR support for anything. Management not aligned with the multiple brands under BAP, very poor marketing of the brands or the unit.
