Pros
The only good thing is that you get a pay check and it is a stepping stone to getting hired at a real company down the road. The job is good and the clients they have are good, but they run it like its a prison and they bring down the most positive people. They make you want to blow you brains out in the parking lot- oh this was supposed to be the good things, sorry not much good to say about West. -Don't work there
Cons
There are so many bad things, do not know where to start. If you have ever spent time in a prison, it is just like that. You are latterly inprisoned to your cubicle the entire time you are there, they give you two 10 minute breaks and that is when you better use the rest room because if you try to get up out of your seat any longer then the 2 10 min breaks they will not only doc you for the 5 min bathroom break you took but doc the 2- 10 min breaks that they have to give by law out of your pay check. they talk about your calls and how they could have been better, also give you an un-paid 30 min lunch, that's it. They constantly bring you into their offices t harass you about your statements and threaten to fire you in they get low. They never motivate with positive things, its always do this if you want to keep your job. Get these numbers or lose your job. I have seen so many seasoned rep fired there for little or no reason. They treat everyone like a piece of trash, They have fired everyone from top management for no reason to sups to csr reps. One day someone is one of there favs and the next day gone for no reason. I know they hire a bunch of people toward the end of the year to get a tax break from the govt for hiring ppl on govt asst .then when it is so slow they have 1-2 minutes between calls they clean house every spring, They have to keep these new people on for a certain period of tie to get their bonus so they normally target csrs who have been there for more then one year to fire. West does not care about destroying peoples lives all they care about is making their selves money and getting ahead, while they stomp on the sall guy who has made them all of their money.
