    Pros

WCI was a good company in the beginning, But politics changed all the good there

    Cons

no management, no communication, owner is a micro manager. and tends to think he knows all. Not a company to work for if you want to voice your opinion. Company is really money driven. Barely any thank yous for good doing a good job owner thinks because he is the boss that he can talk to you however he wants. No room for advancement

    Advice to Management

    no management existed

    Pros

Opportunities internally for training and learning.
    Team spirit.
    Ability to work remotely.
I like my boss. He understands that bully tactics do not motivate. Is willing to help if I am stuck. Encourages learning.
    401.
    Stock option.

    Cons

Although West is located in the USA, you will never feel job security if you work from the USA. You never know when West will replace you with a body in a tiny cubicle in India.

    Advice to Management

I love my job and working for West. I would cry if I had to work elsewhere. Show you actually value your USA employees and that they are not just part of the bottom line.

I have been working at WEST full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are very enticing!! PTO as soon as you get hired. Friendly atmosphere. West tries to give back to their employees with appreciation days, or food trucks, or free ice cream, etc...

    Cons

It's a call center, so sitting for long hours is bad for your health. Could really use a fitness center due to this... When hired, they hire you telling you hours that you are gonna work, but once you are hired, the hours you work are not what they told you during interview process. lack of communication between departments

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and be pro-active to problems. it should be more apparent how to move up in a company instead of staying just at the entry level in call center
