- Accepts newbies, as in no experience - Inclusivity, they hire older people and has an all-gender restroom - Provides training, trainers are great - HMO - Government benefits - Incentives (performance-based) - Night Differential - They have day shift - You earn your salary as soon as you officially join the company - Friendly environment, they have events from time to time
Cons
- HR is hard to contact, you need to wait for days before your ticket gets noticed - Salary disputes are *very* common - Outdated computers and peripherals (keyboard, mouse) but they provide new ones for WFH - Below average salary for beginners
