1. The acquisition with Infosys makes thing terrible. There are a bunch of clowns who don’t know anything about design and try to pressure the timeline for designers. 2. There is no clear career progression or roadmap from the company and the culture is toxic. Colleagues are not holding accountability and sabotaging the works 3. There is no Hr in certain offices and company do not appreciate quality of work
