      Minorities poorly represented among the leadership ranks Poor working conditions If you’re not in the “club” no matter how hard you work, you will not advance your career here. Nepotism is rampant. Poor IT infrastructure - cyber security breaches impacting business operations

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
